About the South Asian Law Review
South Asian Law Review (ISSN 2708-5740) is a new platform of comparative legal research on the laws of South Asian countries. The journal is a publication of Bangladesh Institute of Legal Development (BiLD). It welcomes contributions from the scholars, researchers, practitioners, policy makers, etc all over the world only on the laws of South Asian countries. It is an open accessed and triple blind peer-reviewed journal and is printed (alongwith online & CD ROM version) quarterly. It will always invite submissions on all branches of law of South Asian countries (Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives) by any author of the word.
